I'm a 40-year-old man from Texas. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in April and am now on the treatment of Propecia (Finasteride), a medication that blocks the production of testosterone in the body. I'm currently taking 1mg a day of Propecia and I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with Propecia. I am an experienced user of Propecia and have tried it in my personal clinic and have had no adverse side effects. I've noticed that I'm a little more sensitive to the side effects of Propecia. What are some other ways you can help? My last question is this, I have been experiencing side effects from Propecia and the first one came in the mail yesterday. 01-12-2010 11:13 AMIt depends on how long it takes you to stop. If you stop it long term it could have effects and you may not be able to have sex. If you are taking it daily it is best to try and maintain a healthy lifestyle and avoid things that might have affected your libido.

I started taking Propecia and it did help a little bit with my libido. I would say about the first couple of days I was able to have a good sex life. I have been taking the pill for the past couple of weeks and am not noticing any negative side effects. I started my sexual life in the 90's and I can tell you that I still had a lot of fun with it. It helped alot and I am still having sex with people and even people that do not like sex. I do have some questions though and I would really appreciate any help!

I'm not sure if the side effects of Propecia are worth the risk but they do happen. I've taken 1mg every other day for the past 7 days and I'm still having a good sex life. The effects are the worst I've experienced so far. The best thing I've noticed is that I have no problem with getting to have sex again. I'm not sure if this will make it easier to get off the medication or if I'll have to take a break from it or something. I'm just not sure if it's worth the risk. I'll let someone else who has been having sex with me know what they are talking about. Thanks for the advice and advice.

I was diagnosed with an advanced stage of prostate cancer and I had the first scan in April and the prostate was fine and it was getting worse. I started taking Propecia and I'm still feeling a bit sensitive to the side effects. The worst of the side effects are the side effects of Propecia and I'm not sure why I'm feeling these side effects. The best thing I've noticed is that I've had no side effects and my libido is normal. The last time I went to the doctor to ask for the medication they were told I was having a problem and I had no side effects at all.
